NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
In order to guarantee our customers an amazing shopping experience, all items are individually inspected by our Quality Control Team before shipment.
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a REFUND within 30 days however you must inform us within 7 days upon receipt of the package.
Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

⦿ Make sure to describe the issue in detail, including the return reason. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture below 10 MB.
⦿ All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
⦿ Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when returned for a refund/exchange.
⦿ Scarflings do not provide any pre-paid return labels. You are responsible for return postage costs.
⦿ Scarflings is not responsible for incorrect sizing or color selection.
⦿ A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the original purchase price, applied to products purchased directly from Scarflings and that are returned within the 30-day return policy.
⦿ Please submit your request to our return center. Your returns is subject for approval.
⦿ Ship back your order directly to the address provided.
⦿ Please DO NOT return your item to any other addresses of Scarflings, as the published addresses online and the shipping address on the package you received ARE NOT our returns address.
⦿ Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
